Wedding costs can often spiral out of control, especially when wanting to offer your guests a memorable wedding breakfast meal, evening supper or both.
If you want 'formal, silver service, posh' etc., then The Happy Cook cannot help. The best weddings I've ever been to are less formal and therefore more fun and relaxing for all involved.

One of the most successful ideas The Happy Cook has ever had to keeps costs down is to involve your ushers in helping make your day special. For example, some of your ushers can become waiters to help with serving food and drinks. It gives them a role, they’re likely to know your other guests and most ushers are keen to help out to enhance your day.
If you'd like help with organising the venue, I can offer suggestions depending on your party size. It doesn't need to be inside - The Happy Cook has the facilities to cook outside.
Also, if you've got the space, don't rule out a celebration party at your home/garden.
