The Happy Cook always goes down very well at events and shows. See some of my favourites below. In addition, I'll happily discuss alternatives to fit in with a theme or specific requirements.
Wedding evening receptions and parties: I offer a less formal, yet professional, affordable alternative for your wedding evening reception or party. Give me a call and tell me what you'd like. I'll cook up some samples for you to try and then agree a menu.
Street markets and farmers markets: you'll find The Happy Cook at various market locations in the North West throughout the year.

Beautiful home made steak and ale stew served with a generous portion of duck fat roast potatoes.
Tasty, garlicky, medium hot beef chilli, served with a whole garlic bread baguette. Magic!
Freshly griddled BBQ hot chicken sandwich, served in a fresh roll with salad leaves and a choice of dressings.
Delicious crispy roast potatoes, cooked in the finest duck fat. Amazing on their own, with a pinch of sea salt, or a fine accompanyment to a stew or hot sandwich.
Hot and spicy homemade meatballs, served with duck fat roast potatoes.
Authentic chicken and chickpea curry combining peppers, chilli, cumin, garlic, etc. served with fresh corriander and basmati rice.
