How it works: I make a selection of tasty nutritional dishes, using only the best quality, locally sourced ingredients. The dishes are frozen the same day, ready for free delivery in the Garstang area.

Customers will be able to take a meal out of their freezer the night before to defrost. Then, heat in their oven, in the tray it’s prepared in, for about 20-30 minutes.

Ideally, customers will order a few at a time, although no minimum order and no obligation to buy regularly. Order by phone or text. Please note, all meals are subject to availability; i.e. me being able to buy the ingredients I need. I will do my best!
